We cover Civil Engineering projects such as power plants, office buildings, residential condominiums, roads, bridges, and other projects from ground breaking to final turn-over. A C.A.R. insurance policy will be necessary to protect the Insured and third parties from possible losses due to natural and man-made perils.
We provide protection against accidents resulting in damage and destruction to machinery, apparatus and equipment during the process of erection or installation, including testing and commissioning. This covers cement plants, steel mills, power stations, food processing plants, manufacturing plants, and the like.
We cover all types of operating machinery and equipment against loss or damage due to faulty design, defects in casing and material, shortage of water in boilers, sabotage, and other perils.
We provide insurance for electronic equipment such as communications facilities, electrical and radiation equipment for medical purposes, computer systems, and others. These are covered from unforeseen and sudden loss or damage caused by fire, lightning, explosion, smoke, burglary, theft, and other perils.
